This is something I've always been dying to see, thanks for showing us the inside of his shop. Can't wait for more! One request though, could you spin the camera around the whole thing quickly? It'd be cool to get an idea of the size of it.

Based on the on the unnatural holes on the mandible caused by a trichomonosis-like disease that affects birds, the specimen the skull was cast from is named Sue, who was 28 when it died and likely died because of the disease.

Factual Correction: It is not Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen who owns a T-Rex skeleton, It is ex-Microsoft CTO (Corporate Technical Officer, He was 3rd in command after Gates and Allen) billionaire Nathan Myhrvold that has a T-Rex skeleton that he helped dig up. Amazing guy, He used to be assistant to Steven Hawkings. Now runs Inven Corp. He also published a cookbook that sells for $800

Yup, Triceratops possessed the 2nd largest skull of any dinosaur, first being Torosaurus. And YES, I believe the two were different species..

I recommend Adam read Luis Bunuel's autobiography. He and Dali used to come up with crazy schemes. Adam should probably make a permanent sculpt of so, ething for San Francisco. My idea...one of the parks that has hills..like Bernal, or Holly Park, and as you walk up the side of it, imbedded in the ground is a permanent footprint from one of these giant beasts. Or a few.
