Dear Lady Sylvia, another wonderful video. I’ve always loved Egyptian art and jewelry. I’ve made a couple of “Egyptian”-style necklaces with faience, carnelian and silver. Of course your beadwork is far superior to mine. I also have a rosewood rosary that I got on my first trip to Italy. . After over fifty years it still smells so beautiful. You’ve encouraged me to look through my “magic” closet to find them. I used to have a very large house but we downsized to a 7-room home that’s perfect for us now but there is only so much room to display my treasures. Thank goodness for curio cabinets and breakfronts! I laughed when your cat walked across the camera. It reminded me of my beautiful Himalayan cat Creampuff. One evening we were five people having a card game and he decided to jump up on the table and spread himself on top of our cards so we could admire him. Of course we did and he ate up the attention. I miss him and all of my other fur babies so much. Anyway, thank you for your knowledge and the time you take to show us your treasures. Until next time, take care. 💖 Veronica

Thank you for sharing those amazing ancient Egyptian pieces. They are fantastic! You’re right, jewelry and fashion owe so much to these old cultures. You can see where modern designers take their inspiration from when you study them. And your own work is absolutely beautiful 😍. We will be blessed to have you here in San Diego! So glad I found you through other channels I follow. You’ve got one more new fan❤🙏

I collect rosaries and have for 60 years. From time to time I give them away to children making their first communion. When I die I want each of my family members to have one. I have the one my husband carried in Viet Nam, the one I prayed with while he was gone, my grandmother’s with heart beads, and on and on. I have one for each Pope since Pope Pius XII onward. We went to Italy twice before I graduated high school.

Your kitty is too Perfectly funny ! I believe that NAVAHO Turquoise is from the Kingman Mine.., with those 'distinct markings' ."Sweet as Pie." Delicious !, it would also pair well with an Apple Coral bead necklace. IMHO.I had a Great Time ! Thank you.

I always find beadwork interesting. If you have beaded then you have a different perspective than someone who doesn’t. I, too have a rosary made with beads from rose petals. Mine came, I think, handmade by the Carmelite Sisters. So many interesting things that you have shared with us. Thank you.
