How to create the hanging indent format using Google Docs.

It wouldn’t work to simply press tab on the second line so I was trying tricks with white text and such never properly making a hanging indent until now

for some reason it brought everything to that .5 mark and kept it there even after moving that rectangle. that was until i put my cursor at the first line of the first citation then hit delete. Then it left the indent stayed for the second+ lines after the first (so a hanging indent lol)
