Hello - Thank you for this video. I have heard two things about TODDs. 1.) A TODD only allows you to transfer a home on death that has a market value that is under $1, 000, 000. And 2.) You can transfer a home on death using a TODD, but if its market value is over $1, 000, 000 the beneficiary still needs to go through probate. Are either of these true? Thanks again.
