Just bought a house a few weeks ago and we are actually getting this installed in three days. It is going to cost us $86 a month and we don't have to pay for 3 months. Total cost is $6, 800 but for 5 years they are giving us $8, 000 worth of cleaning products. Literally everything. Every month for the next five years we are getting laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, detergent for a dishwasher, body wash, hand soap, shampoo, you name it it's something like 15 soap products every month for the next 5 years. So between the $40 we spend on bottled water and at least $70 we spend on all of our soaps every month we are already saving money by getting this installed. And it turns out we have all sorts of stuff in our water. I had no clue that there was barium and arsenic and all sorts of heavy metals in water. I have lupus so this was a no-brainer

Weve had this for about 5years. We get it serviced, but for the last 3 years, it's been producing brown water. I have to turn on all 3 bathtubs for about 30 mins to flush all the brown water out. Dont know what else to do, also when I had it serviced, there was a worm that was living at the bottom of the salt bin which was really crazy.
