Trump names Bolton as replacement for McMaster and more political headlines

President Trump announced Thursday that former U.N. ambassador John Bolton would become his next National Security Adviser. Bolton will replace H.R. McMaster. Earlier Thursday, the House passed a spending bill that did not fully fund Mr. Trump's border wall.
