In this mother of all competition series, a dozen of the country's most talented kid dancers compete in weekly dance challenges. Twelve kids and their moms will move into a mansion and the kids will perform a new routine each week while the moms manage and oversee them. Will the moms get in the way of their child's success and cost them the chance of winning? Each week, someone is eliminated, narrowing down the field to see who will become the top dancer. The winner will receive a cash prize of $100,000 and a scholarship for full tuition to The Joffrey Ballet School. Dance Mom instructor Abby Lee Miller serves as one of the judges.

"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.

The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

Notice how jordyn has such a great attitude and never talked bad about Asia, she took that personality from her mother because her mom was defending Kristie

i mean asia was 6… you can’t compare a 13 year olds technique to a 6 year old. i mean yea she wasn’t the best technical dancer but for her age she was doing the thing.

Brianna was so unproblematic. She seems like a really nice person.

Who didn’t love Kristie (Asias mom) she always stood her ground and taught her baby to be as strong as she

I loved Jordan and her mom. I especially loved her mom when she defended Asia

We all know Asia wasn’t the strongest dancer there and that she should have not beaten Jordyn I really think its because of her energy and stage presence that made her shine, but that’s what most of the fandom thinks about when they think of Maddie so I don’t get why everyone doesn’t think that when they think of asia especially with her being six years old. She had something unreachable at just 6, that’s what made her stand out more than the others.

Now how funny it is that the other Mom's would call Asia a bad dancer...I bet they were embarrassed when they seen her on Dance Mom's preforming for the ALDC....🤣😂

The fact that Jorden didn't even cry while being eliminated is truly amazing. 🤩
Also, I think Asia deserved to stay in the competition. 😊

I love the fact that Asia and Jordyn are still friends. They were two of my favourites from season 1. Asia was super amazing to say she was 6/7 when filming! The other moms were worried about her keeping up with the others, but she was half the older girls ages so ofc she’s not gonna be as advanced at that age yet she did amazing to say she was the youngest contestant across both seasons and STILL made it to the top 3! Jordyn was so kind and polite and has so much potential, I wish we got to see more of her!

Some of these moms are weird, being an amazing dancer isn’t just about technique and Asia was six…so of course her technique wasn’t at the same level as a 10-13 year old. Even though this was a competition, she was still there to learn and grow as a dancer, and she did.

I love how jordyn took elimination well and how she took it as a learning experience to grow, also her mother is like the best mom there. Like Asia is the youngest one and yet she made it

i’ve always found it odd how these grown women and children did nothing but hate on Asia, like it’s sickening how they would constantly speak negatively about a 6-7 yr old .

I don’t understand on how Jordyn went home. Abby was totally wrong into putting them in a flexibility challenge when they didn’t even stretch and was unprepared. Madison should have gone home because of the fact that she wanted Asia to go home instead of Hadley. Robin was so stupid when she said “the 2% wasn’t good” when she did very well on her performance.
