Notice how he didn't stop talking while they were clapping and cheering? A real person would have paused while cheering was going on. He just kept talking over their cheering and didn't even acknowledge them. He would easily be able to hear the cheering and clapping over the phone. This is AI.

AI messes up the cadence of words, when he says "amazing" the cadence is wrong.

This is either AI, an impersonator, or a pre-recording for which they drugged him up as much as necessary to make him lucid for a moment and then did a dozen takes and spliced it together in editing.

But what people are missing is this isn't meant to convince anyone. It's a display of power. Doing something this egregiously unconvincing while knowing there will be no consequences for them is a direct signal to the public that the Praetorian Guard and the palace eunichs are running things now and will be from here on out.
