As a Christian I don't forget about the Lord. I don't go out drinking/gambling/not materialistic/don't eat pig meat. I like to read my Bible and I pray, share the gospel and fellowship. I agree we don't know if we will be around the next day. many people are getting in to accidents by car or when they are on the streets etc..

I believe that routine of repeating a prayer five times could be burdensome. If prayer were more intimate such as having a conversation with Allah, prayer would be more of a relationship and not so much a religious chore.

I am Christian, at my work, i cover 2 muslim jobs 4 total prayers per shift, it adds up to about 30 minutes per day i spend doing their job. As a Christian, i believe it is my duty to honor others religious callings. Although i do not place burden on others for myself to pray. That is my choice, and if i wanted to i'd be allowed.

إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا ٱلْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَن يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا

Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant.
