Just to answer everyone's comment early on, the female broadcaster is Sarah Langs. She has ALS to answer the repeated "Why does she sound like that?" question.

Edit: She has worked for the MLB for a long time. She isn't new or suddenly a part of their team because she had ALS (she was only diagnosed in 2021). Honestly its absolutely insane how fast the effect of the disease works and y'all should have more focus on that. If you don't like the commentary there are audio settings in game. Look up a video of her in 2021 on the MLB broadcast and the difference is wild to see. Anyway, that is all from me on this.

I think Catcher is fun. I’ve done it before and I highly recommend it because I personally think it’s a very different gameplay style just because you have to make split decisions more often where you’re deciding who’s the priority to throw the ball too based off of speed and stuff like that. You get some pop fly situations and a lot of situations where you’re deciding whether or not to throw the ball and it’s always fun being the guy responsible for protecting home.

I went to a couple of the combine ganes back in 2019. They were really good. Guys were swinging for the fences to show off and the outfield play was awesome.
