exactly 💯 except I got tape that said repackaged by dhl and half my stuff was missing and the box was sliced with a box cutter then taped over it .terrible service!

better than any other carrier. Fed Ex? Forget about it 😤 UPS? They’re unpredictable. USPS?? Makes you beg for a tracking number.

What this doesn’t explain is when shippers put heavy and uneven articles in flimsy none appropriate packaging, or for some strange reason not putting correct contact numbers on or even forgetting to put a complete delivery address on the system. How many people know they have a parcel arriving but choose not to be home or don’t make arrangements so delivery can be completed, not good enough really is it.
