Although they seem time consuming, strand tests are always a must! Don't ask me how I
On a lighter note 🙂. Katie has been teaching me much better lightning application techniques that have improved my skills. 😉

I'm curious to know the brand. I haven't had any issues with Schwarzkopf box colors but anything else seems to have such a poor formulation, (which is really interesting considering the ingredient lists for box and professional dyes are very similar).

I have highlighted my hair foreverrrr, I'm nearly 40 and I only have a t section done twice a year. The last time I tried a different hairdresser I'm sure they used different/cheap bleach because my hair is so brittle and matted like a birds nest and no treatments or products can restore it. I have never had that happen before
