After watching the 10th episode I am convinced that Noah is like a school boy in love vs Alison full of pain and look to escape Cole and his family.  Noah is no competition for Alison at all!  She is so street wise and Noah, even though he hates it, has become accustomed to the good thing in life.  He sees Alison as a sexy, lost soul who truly needs him.  He sees Helen as a product of her environment as even Helen does!   He doesn't think Alison will ever hurt him and figures she is totally devoted to him.  But is she?  Is Alison devoted to anyone but the offspring she bears?
