Ainol NOVO 7 Aurora Android 4.0.3 Firmware upgrade English version with Market from uPlay Tablet

Ainol NOVO 7 Aurora is one of the hottest Android 4 tablets on the market. Unfortunately it was designed for Chinese market, therefore, the firmware is Chinese, also the user manual. To make NOVO 7 Aurora fits for oversea market, Ainol's oversea distributor, uPlay Tablet, has just released an English version of Ainol NOVO 7 Aurora Android 4.0.3 firmware. Yes it does. It's shipped currently with Flash Player 11.1.115.6. I was able to happily play embedded videos and just play a strategy Facebook game from it. :)

1. Unlock your device.
2. Tap the time in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the box with the time written in.
4. Tap the very bottom item with the three bars as an icon.
5. Scroll down on the left until you find an item with an "A..." as the icon.
6. Tap the top-most item with Chinese on it and scroll to your language.
7. Enjoy!
The reason for this is because many cheaper tablets like these are Chinese and they ship them out in their native language.

I ordered this tablet from uPlaytablet on February 16, 2012 and am waiting for it to ship.

When I receive this tablet, will the Ainol NOVO 7 Aurora already have Android 4.0.3 firmware and Google Android Market on it?
Or, do I have to perform the 4.0.3 firmware upgrade myself?

Hi, my Novo 7 Elf came today, but it's all in Chinese and I have no idea what is what, or even how to download English firmware on it. Please can you do a step-by-step video on how to download and install English firmware for it? My button descriptions are all in Chinese, I don't even know which one is the browser or how to get to things I download! Please help!!!
