Disabled combat veteran here. I had a surgical procedure scheduled 3 weeks ago which was cancelled but since no one called, I found out when I went to the appointment. The nurse told me it was going to take a week for a new appointment. I'm still awaiting and it takes at least 45 minutes on the phone to get someone in that department when it used to take 2 minutes.
