Why shear has not been checked as it was checked in simply supported 2 way slab?

Is the reinforcement mentioned in the torsion in the different corners are the gross reinforcement? Bars are coming ftom two different direkction on the top and bottom. Will those be included while accounting for torsion reinforcement?

I watched your both videos on slab design. 1. Restrained two ways, 2 two ways slab .. you have used same diagram in both videos ( slab resting on 4 side wall ) plz explain when to use this method and when to use other one .
2. In this method we need to provide torsion reinf. But on the other method we do not need to provide torsion reinf . Is it so ?
