I’m not carrying that sh*t, end up in the ER that’s my energy. My laziness could’ve fked me 🤣 learned that lesson the hard. Went on group tour to Death Valley when I was in Vegas. Guide told me to bring a water bottle for the hike I refused cause I didn’t wanna carry that sh*t. Progressively got more dizzy, felt like I wanted to 🤮 guide kept trying to give me his water I was like nah I’m not thirsty. He’s like 🙄 I’m not asking u. drink this I don’t want to waste the next 9 hrs at the ER with you cause your dumbass is no longer able ingest water. You are experiencing the stages of dehydration
