Samsung India, not to complaint, but the S20 series and the Note 20 series should not have Exynos 990, because the Exynos processor has overheating problems and lags a lot. People complaint against Exynos 990. So you should consider adding 5G support and the Snapdragon 865 processor in the S20 series and the Snapdragon 865+ processor in the Note 20 series. Please add them

Hats off to release a M series mobile with snapdragon 730g and with better build quality that will be nice because M51 does not gave a great build so launch a mobile with the same specification with better build quality

What makes Samsung the world's most ethical global company!
1. Nobody in the Samsung system understands the pain point of consumer issues.
2. If your product part gets faulty then you need to call customer care. A customer care agent, supervisor, manager, and service center will fool you for around 10-15 days. They keep passing the ball over each other's court. Service center people will scare you that don't call the customer care center again and again because it will increase their reminders.
3. In this computer age, the Samsung service center takes 20 days to confirm the non-availability of a faulty part. Which is hardly a 2-minute job.
4. Now the second round of the game begins, you will face the arrogant, robotic, one-way communication experts. These guys are from the customer support department but will never support customers at any point. They just follow to company process in a robotic way. Even consumers will die, they never mind.
5. These robotic, one-way communication experts will never answer your email. Only you'll get auto-replies to your emails.
6. Samsung is the most ethical global company in the world if it ethically audits all my phone calls in customer service, service centers, and corporate offices. Only then can they understand how much my family is suffering in this pandemic situation and the extremely cold weather of Delhi. If they audit my email to all concerned including the CEO office. Only then can they understand my position. Why did I choose this platform?
