Theres a house trait you can use called "On ley line", and it gives you a higher chance of having twins:)

i am so keen for this! wanted to say though, as funny as killing the baby daddies would be, remember that it will make your sim(s) sad for ages which would make it harder to romance new baby daddies and also build skills and such - just keep that in mind but do you !

I’m only halfway through the video so I don’t know if you’ve done this yet but there’s a “on the lay line” lot trait that increases your change of twins and triplets!!

Tips:
Use the house trait “on key line”
GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR EVERY BABY! You can sell the bassinets and make 150 per child bc the hospital gives them out for free. Plus you get a birth certificate.
Complete her aspiration and wants to buy the fertility thing in the awards shop
Buy the money trash can, it makes you money on every etc you throw away into it
