When it comes to maintenance I’d recommend to do it every 3-6 months. Depending on how often you ride.

Good review and camera quality but the microphone wasn't used right

I’ve had the ES2 for 5 months on hardcore usage with no problems except the headlight which I stopped using it due to applying brakes issue but bought myself a flashlight instead. Until I decided to give it an speed-boost upgrade by getting a used extended battery off eBay which cost a 1/4 worth of the scooter to have it repaired. apparently the battery came defective thus fried the circuit board and died (R.I.P). Contacted Ninebot.us in NJ they asked for $327 for the repair which is almost 3 months worth of metrocard! I said nope you keep it in your warehouse and rather get the new ES4 in your website for $649 instead. Good timing they were having a Black Friday sale :)

Damn, it's been a year already. Still remember watching your first video. Thanks for the tutorial, my es1 have been good so far but it's been squeaky.

I had an experiecne with this scooter.. I was riding in 23 C temp outside and I was taking a ride in a big hill up.. As soon as I reach the top, I got a error.. Red flashing mechanical tool and the problem was that I was riding it and it suddenly started to break and then the throttle was gone... I have restarted it several time.. It showed error 18 I believe.. I did not check the battery temperature, maybe it was too hot and some alarm system started cause later I switched it of and kept it for a longer time inside my home charging and afterwards I did not get any error.. maybe someone had a similar case and has ideas what could have happened?...

After 15km (10miles?) rollers in rear wheel just went out... Guarantee doesnt worked in this case... And nobody can fix this in my city... :( So almost new ES1 is impossible to use..

My es2’s handle bars have way to much slack down by where the lock is...(forward and back motion) is there a bolt or nut that can be tightened to reduce the play?

Good day, hope you will notice this comment, do you have an experience while you using it then suddenly it rains? If yes what did you do? New owner of Es2 from the Philippines. Thank you in advanced and I will surely appreciate your reply.

Hi, cool vid. What's your average km/m per daily use?

How did you get that plastic panel off? You said wiggle in the video... I've been wiggling a bunch and feel like I'm going to break it. Any tricks?
