I get an error message saying "**address not found"...I am not sure which address they are referring to, because I gave correct physical and post address (they are the same) and email address, its very frustrating

Hey I have uploaded my documents paid the application fee and it says application stills need to be processed on the status portal however I managed to call them and they said they cannot find my certificate but it says y and my documents are uploaded we'll give them a call again hopefully I'll come right 🙈
