can you only store numbers or can you store functions with variables?

Mr. Mario, why don't you use the stacked fraction feature so that you don't have to keep putting everything in parentheses? Just press the ALPHA key and then Y= and press enter. Voila! It's one of the most useful keys on the TI84 in my opinion.
