Good to see you are back. I have the harbor freight drain cleaner only 50 foot cable but works very well cleaned out a few main lines and drains and paid for itself.

I like Lowe’s better than HD because of customer service. Maybe that is a local issue for HD. In fact, I have bought online from Lowe’s and returned an item and was not charged a restocking fee. Had I been treated like you were, it probably would be the last time I shopped at Lowe’s. Some of these “managers” might need some lessons in retail management. Glad you got it worked out.

I purchased a generator from Lowe's and they wouldn't help me just lift the box into my truck bed.(it was 220lbs and too wide for one person to lift safely).

Thankfully a customer walking into the store helped out.
