C4d Tutorial - Add 3D Animation to Video In Redshift [Redshift Compositing]

In this #c4d / #Redshift tutorial I will be compositing a 3D character into real video footage.

We will start off in After Effects where we will be converting the real video footage into an image sequence.

We will then be replicating the real world shadows and reflections on a 3D plane but at the same time making that transparent while holding onto our shadows and reflections.

Finally we will be bringing everything into After Effects again for some colour correction.

Hi, thanks for the video is very helpfull!
At the point where you need to increase the reflection, I think you could render a reflection pass in redhift aov
we would render only the reflection with a separate channel and add it to after effects t with "add" or "screen" mode, and change the exposure.

Great tutorial, but you can see the gap between the fake floor and the actual floor in the footage: they have two different hues and this doesn;t look seamless at all. How to solve this?
