I’ll never forget how fun and popular Tokyo drift was when it came out! Hands down the best fast and furious movie, as a kid growing up it was relatable and the characters were great. As an adult this makes me proud and cry lol

I like how Han kept it short sweet and simple. " it's a long story. For now, let's just enjoy the moment " they didn't go over the top with drama, or seriousness. They actually got the scene right. Now if they could get the rest of the movies right, we'd be set.

The franchise didn't and doesn't wanna admit. Tokyo drift was able to stand on its own, yeah had to borrow the name for the movie but it only had a small cameo from the originals.
Has its own feel and energy, and without using nothing but the name had moderate success but I feel any real car fans and fans of the franchise rank Tokyo Drift as high as the original.

One of my favorite things about this scene is the subtle use of the background music at the end of the clip. Its eerily familiar to the background music that plays when Han is giving his little speech to Sean on the roof top from TD and it kinda brings things full circle. "Life's simple, you make choices and you don't look back"
