Sorting is not always about ascending, descending or alphabetical order. You may need to use different criteria. You may also want to consider the uppercase and lowercase of the same letter as different characters in the sorting order. I thought Flash Fill would allow you to create a column of letters the alphabet but it doesn't work. ☹

How to create a sort with all uppercase first, then all lower case. i.e., AAABBBBCCCCaaaabbbbccc? Also, this is okay if you only have a single character, but what about whole words?? i.e., Abc Acd Ade Bbc Bcd Bde abc acd ade bbc bcd bde?
This is the default ASCII sequence ordering, and it is annoying that Excel defaults to the more complicated mixing of upper and lower case when doing a sort; and without offering the simpler ASCII sequence sorting.
