Wow! Thank you so much for this tutorial! I managed to adapt it easily to my project and even have longer pauses on pages so that you could see the content and even read short snippets. All you need to do is:
- duplicate the front page layer
- remove all the keyframes except the first ones from the layer
- move it to start just the first frame before that page is seen
- end that layer as soon as it starts with the animation to flip.

1:06 if anyone got stuck like I got stuck. To replace the comp you have to make sure that the comp at the bottom is selected first, then you need to select the comp at the top you want to replace it with, then press "Alt" and click and drag onto the comp.
