Why is everyone comparing his "version/cover" to Paul's?? C'mon He has a different style, timbre of voice and not to mention this is solo with guitar and not a full band arrangement like the original. Being a Beatles fan myseIf I think it's pretty good, not a big fan of the warble though.

Try listening to The Applejacks' version. It was approved by Lennon/McCartney at the time and the arrangement is more pleasing on the ear.
