This takes the human perspective out of it. This sounds like the AI CPU decides the outcome rather than sitting in front of someone or virtually getting that humanistic perspective.

Trabajo con SAP, tiene buenas soluciones. Sin embargo en esta demo no hay nada de impacto, es más de lo que ya se ofrece hoy en la actualidad. Si no la tienes centralizada en una solución, la puedes generar en algún sitio web. El uso de IA debe tener un impacto real, esto es muy básico. Mi humilde opinión.

This demo is a JOKE! I have never seen HR writing a job description in my life. I know this as I have worked for 300, 000 employees company as well as 1500 employees. Success factors is such a pain to work with. Only SAP and some HR managers love it. BTW: even Dinesh name is not pronounced correctly! Trying to remove H from HR!??
