There's a lot to be said for keeping stock, especially when things fail. Also not everyone can afford a daily driver and a spec'd up 4wd that not practical as a ute!

It's a solid rig...for a Hilux 😆 We reckon the Saber Winch Fairlead and Alloy Winch Shackle look the goods on the bullbar 👌

Us Americans are super jealous of that Hilux! Can’t get them in the USA, unless you do some tricky importing. I’ve seen them in Baja, Mexico, but can’t get them in the states. Of course, I have a Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins and that gets the job done. Wish I had a smaller truck, Tacoma size, with a diesel.

Lots of wear and tear on heavy vehicles on tough tracks but also lots of damage caused by those vehicles on the tracks
