you could probably put the boxed bread with the unboxed bread so its easier for you to tell whats in the box so that they can at least still be sold easily

If you close your shop you can bake your bread and put it on the shelves, use F key to put bread on shelves....and then pack it for customers as they want it, you can pack two at a time :) hope this helps :)
