Both are true. First off, no matter how full your life is. Finding the right partner to spend it with has a way of making you feel complete that literally nothing else ever will. Also, yes they should have their own stuff going on, but work, no matter what it is, should not ALWAYS come first. Most of the time your partner should come first.
