Fixing Lexus GS 300 1999 cars don’t want to start

Well Sam that is a very nice car. I own a 1999 Lexus GS 300. My problem is that I replaced the battery and now yes it starts but all my electrical system is not working. No power windows, no moonroof, no power locks. My remote door locks don't work....Why?

It's looked like your engine had been missing time ming. You may need to replace the vvt solenoid valve.

I'm having the same problem with mine right now I recently changed the crankshaft position sensor the battery the alternator the water pump all the coils all the plugs all the wires the fuel pump the starter I checked all the fuses I changed all of the sensors on the motor that I know and a new fuel pump I rewired some cracked wires on the coil are and have spent about $4, 000 in the last 3 weeks in this car, the car started up without the radiator and the air conditioner condenser NOT hooked up when I test cranked it when I was changing the crankshaft pulley bolt but then when I reassembled the radiator, ac condenser and the air intake, I get no start up.. it wouldn't crank up so I have no idea what's going on I can use some help on this area too if anybody's out there

Easy could be done i did it to my 98 300 now is working if you immobilizer is the problem

Well my gs 300 battery died then go to jump it and then the factory horn/alarm went off and now the car won’t start but it will crank just doesn’t start and the theft indicator light continues to flash instead of going off after a few seconds after you put key in to on position I’ve checked all fuses and all but I believe these came with an immobilizer so my theory is that, that’s the issue btw it’s a 99 gs 300 any advice would be appreciated 😊

I own a 99 GS as well I have a fuel leak from the back and I don't know what it is though right now anybody knows please help me

did anyone figure it out? I changed my timing belt and car cranks but no start. It is not the key, nor relay, not the fuel pump. When I check the voltage at 4 wire harness to fuel pump i only get 0.87V not the 10.2 I need. the fuel gauge wire is full 12.4V.
