Tony Hale: 'My Character's An Awful Person'

The body man on 'Veep' admits the truth about his character, who has forsaken his own identity in service to his boss.

Stephen Colbert took over as host of The Late Show on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015. Veep is easily in my top 10, and as far as the writing, #1. So clever and quick I have to rewind to catch a joke sometimes.

Tony is right when he says that Gary is a bad person. BUT, compared to Selina and...well, pretty much every other character on the show, he's the nicest.

HIs voice! I never realise that he never uses his own voice in his acting. And the title is incredibly stupid - he's talking about the Selina Meyer character when he says 'the character's an awful person' not Gary.

Just my 2 cents. I really liked the camera coming up from a new angle, seeing as I haven't been to the studio, it gives me more of an idea of how it looks like being in the audience.
