Hey guys, thanks for posting. You're the third homesteader I've watched in three last few days that are expressing what sounds like end of season burnout. Time for a rest and change of pace? They say a change is as good as a rest. Maybe that's why God gave us seasons. I'm feeling a bit warm out myself everytime I try to do something in the garden to tidy up something else gets in the way... And now I'm ready but it's cold and raining 😟 so I'm switching it up and I'm off to make some hearty stew. Food Always make you feel better😀. I pick my tomatoes green and bring in the house and put them on the window sill and they ripen just fine! That’s a idea! 🤗🏡💕✝️❤️🦌🙏😍 oops at the end of the season, those that are left still green I should have said above!

Brad & Christa, I know things are hard about getting the barn finished but I’ll remember you in prayer. Prayer moves mountains as you know. I’m feeling a little blue today but your video helped bring me peace. The part of the video where Brad played his praise and worship music. It reminded me I needed to lean on Him.

I do cheese in and on top. Mix the cheese in the flower and it'll coat the cheese the flour. And put cheese. On top! Yum yours look heavenly!!!

I take my tomatoes off the vine and set them on a window sill and ripen them that way and I also love fried green tomatoes. You have a great day and God Bless y'all

Yes you can save your tomatoes like that my mom and dad used to do this. Fried green tomatoes are also great.

When I was a kid my Grandma would have me hang tomato vines upside down in the garage and she would have tomatoes ripening until a hard freeze.
