Cuomo ticked me off, so I sent the NRA another donation.

Someone should list the NRA's expenses. Would blow your mind on how much is spent in trying to get donations. If they spent half as much in court, fighting for our rights, we would have won already.

Wayne LaPierre needs to give up some of his millions in salary, to help the true cause of the NRA. A change in leadership would be beneficial as well.

I'm still a magazine guy and I really enjoy both of the NRA mags that I receive every month. Whenever I get them in the mail, my face lights up.

Losing publicity of any kind is horrible this could result in the loss of a whole generational audience.

Personally, I'm switching to Gun Owners of America due to some of the NRA's more recent stances. I'd rather have one well funded 2nd amendment advocacy group that does not compromise than several where a couple are willing to compromise and a couple waste funds. The NRA needs to reorganize and make some changes if they wish to regain my support.

If theyre going broke why the hell is upper management paying themselves millions of dollars????

We need the NRA....to not compromise, reduce salaries, and be proactive. It seems like the NRA is fighting for itself more than for us.

Why don’t they just become self insured? There are plenty of companies in America that do it.

Why is it that banks can refuse service to a company because of who they are. I don’t understand how a restaurant can refuse service to a customer simply because of who that customer works for. Yet a bakery who refuses service to a couple due to the bakery owners religious beliefs goes to court and the bakery is found guilty of discrimination and is forced to provide service to that couple.

Just doesn’t make since. If one business is told they don’t have the right to deny service then the other business should be made to provide service as well.

I'm not willing to pay for the absorbent executive salaries over at the NRA anymore. I'm done making those clowns rich when they couldn't seem to care less about me. All I get is numerous emails everyday and several calls every week asking for more money when I'm still a member through the end of 2019. GOA is getting monthly support from me now, I wash my hands of the NRA!

losing nratv would be extremely detrimental in getting the younger generations involved

This article quoted the complaint without context. The NRA is not going bankrupt. The complaint was showing the possible (and most extreme) outcome of NY actions in order to show damage as justification of the suit.

And From the Ashes we shall rise. Stronger and less corrupt. The Second Amendment shall not be infringed.

What about the Million Dollar salaries the top executives receive. They all will retire with the golden parachutes strapped to their backs

Yes it would be a bad thing to loose NRA TV and their monthly advertorial magazine. The NRA is, among other things, a civil rights organization. Many may disagree, however the NRA fights for the rights of all citizens to lawfully exercise their 2ndAmendment, and the 2nd Amendment is what gives us the ability to preserve the entire constitution. I won’t make this a rant about government, the constitution, history and the importance of the 2n Amendment.  Anything done to erode a civil right organization’s outlets, distributions, or ability to reach the populace is a bad thing. If these actions were taken against AARP, ACLU, or the NAACP people would respond differently. A non-profit organization which focuses on preserving and fighting for the rights of every American should not be politically isolated from services or resources for having opposing or unpopular views. Many oppressive and discriminatory practices would still be in place today if this had been tolerated in the past.

While I believe we need new blood in the NRA and I am a GOA member we NEED both organizations to help fight for us I just renewed my NRA membership and donated a extra $20 everyone should

Like them or not it's what we got! and our rights would have been trampled on long ago without them. I may not agree with everything they do but I will remain a lifetime member, especially now. Voting is just as important within the NRA as it is in our general elections.

I don't want the NRA to go away, but after the last several years they have pissed me off. I'm a life time member but they can keep the rhetorical magazines that keep begging for more money and crappy articles and reviews. Kind of glad if they go through hard times, maybe they will get new leadership with the values of their members. I give money and get involved at my local level only these days.

Their money would be better spent defending our rights then being a 2A media producer.
