I have the story which says to be allowing/relaxing is the same as the body being in a rest-state. This programming is hard wired, somehow. Stress is seen as negative, and thoughts are full of judgment. Like a turbulence it's hard to get out of, but then again that's a story made of thought about the thoughts.... so weird
