My dad worked for Disney for 23 years. It was the whole reason why he moved to Florida back in the 90s. In 2017, he made the move to Universal and is now a manager for Epic Universe. He always says how Universal has been so good to him and how he regrets nothing when making the switch. That outta tell you something.

This is how you make an ad. Thank you Universal. I love that we're being referred to as people and family instead of how Disney does it of late calling us customers or consumers only. Disney sees us as walking wallets and say it in their ads, and at D23. All the corporate talk. No daytime activations here. I'm so leaning to more days at Universal with Epic on the horizon.

As someone who was die hard Disney for my entire life thank you for picking up the torch and carrying it. Universal has come a long way. The parks are immaculate, the resorts are immaculate. Every time I visit I see Walt's vision in YOUR parks especially the coming Epic Universe. I feel emotion and passion in your parks. The same feeling I used to get but lost as Disney lost their way. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart with tear filled eyes for bringing that feeling back into my life.

What's so crazy about this ad is how Universal admits they already have more plans for the very soon future in the other two parks and plans for Epic's expansion areas after that. They're not comfortable just because Epic opened, they are hungry for more and want to continue to capturing as many returning and new faces to the parks as possible because of their innovation and activeness with adding new attractions and experiences EVERY year.
Also, we love you Universal, but it's 3 theme parks and 1 very well themed water park ❤
