Visit Malawi 2014
Показать описание
In June I had the privilege to cooperate with the tourism Board of Malawi and work with a number of Malawian tourist companies to promote their services online, through shooting videos for their circulation on Youtube and websites.
I traveled with my friend David Martin around the Blantyre region and then joined a number of missionaries in the northern district of Livingstonia.
This video is a combination of what happened behind the scenes when traveling to film for the organisations I had links with.
Malawi is a country with so much beauty and potential. However Malawi is among the worlds least developed countries, with most of its economy based in agriculture. The people I met were wonderful and I hope that this trip will have helped at least someone in the long run.
For more information on what I got up to here is a link to my weekly blog when I was away.
This was filmed using a Canon S120 which broke 14 days in after kayaking on Lake Malawi and the rest was done on a couple of Go-Pro Hero 3’s.
The companies I collaborated with were:
• Responsible Safari Co.
Special thanks to the Anadkat’s who supplied us with countless lifts, to the Kennedy’s for their warm hospitality and for David McCullagh and Matt Williams for allowing me to follow them around.
