Great guide! The game is soooo chill and fun. I might just stay away from the combat aspect of the game. A lot, I mean a lot of fixes and adjustments needs to be done to make it quite reasonable for starters.

Out of curiousity, will you be creating a "how to" video for managing a village in this game? Not with the raider or bandits from the other video, just from a "build mode only" type of playthrough? I find that to be the most fun in games like this

Hey, there. I just started the game and i was just wondering how can you replenish your depleted mercs to refill them (Example: 24/30 - 30/30)

I have the 20 weapons but for some reason I cant create a militia... says 20/36 or smth. I only could select create spearman or smth and thats it. wont do anything.

I was happily playing and couldnt get to small town so couldnt build manor. Have a few milita but dont know how to get them to fight the ai which has taken over the map extremely quickly and is burning down my I have played many city builders before but this is nuts.

I think you can have 4+ the manor expansion building+ 8 other manors for a total of 13 and then you can get quite a few mercenaries if you plan out your game properly.

would be nice if you could make low tier weapons for early peasant militia, they use their tools. very ineffective but viable in a pinch.

I can’t find my retinue. I’ve got the manor. But no personal retinue, does anyone know why?

You can add more towers onto your manor and get more retinu than 24. Every tower you add allows you to add 12 more.

dont have iron left on my map, means no iron more. cant cocured other map bc too many enemy troops. means i need start new game??

Ive noticed that you didnt build your market place in the center of the residential zone. You should do that.

Did you go for better deals on that village with over 12k wealth? Or should I stop using that and go for the deeper mines? Cuz I’ve never even got over 1k regional wealth. Even with that perk.

When I try to use mercenaries and I have to go to war, they don’t help they just stay where they spawn at. Could that be a bug?
