As a Canadian who also used to work in produce, we like to see the proper cucumber representation of both American and English cukes (we stocked mostly English cucumbers, but sometimes we had American ones. Not very often though, very unhappy with the American ones. But it's not our fault we stocked whatever we had access to, that year was really harsh on produce stocks)
