That's so smooth but I recommend you keep the center of the mouth the same for each frame

I recommend having the top of the lip stay stationary, so if you’re doing eyes they don’t overlap.

Tip #1: Use squash and stretch. If it gets shorter, make it longer, if it’s taller, make it narrower
Tip #2: Use pose-to-pose animation. The start and end points can be drastically different sizes.

I do a stop motion style + personal touches
I have a set of mouth shapes for each sound and a few transition ones, then I just add some morphing and "bouncing" (i guess that's the best word to describe it) to make it look smoother and less stop-motion-y

The results are fine. There is a problem, the mouth got smaller. It's also best not to copy and paste.

If you can’t line up the audio, try lining it up while in the audio section, that’s because FLIPACLIP has a weird delay

You should probably make mouth go down but still open wide when you use it to talk, because I mean that's just how human mouths are, only the bottom jaw moves when you talk.

i dont personally lip sync in my animations because im lazy but heres some tips:

squash and stretch:
this animation style is commonly used for less dense objects or squishy things like the mouth. i personally think you did a great job but it could use some horizontal squash and stretch.

keeping the volume of the mouth:
although i don't do this, if you want this to be perfect you could copy and paste the first frame into the last or just change the drawings because they were smaller than the first frame making the face look goody if you add a head.

fps (frames per second) or double frames:
i think this tip is very important because lip syncing entirely focuses on the length speed of a sound. double framing can increase the length of the animation a lot but you just have to make sure to pit it in the right place. fps is a great way to fix this too.
