Bridget, you have been helping me so much in regards to reviewing phonics with my third graders and our new CKLA program. With our previous program for the last few years, we kept saying, “Why can’t they read?” And “Why can’t they spell?” I realize we have been missing basic phonics. I am going to join your Bridging Literacy community as I personally am enjoying understanding words better.
