The only real issue I'd have with Mother 3 being remade, is that I'd really want them to do like what Square-Enix did with Trials of Mana, where they both remade it AND released a full localization of the original version.

This looks absolutely gorgeous! I love the pseudo-stop motion feel. It feels modern yet nostalgic similar to the Link's Awakening aesthetic, but they embrace the physical feel even more here. It brings me back to the old days when they used clay sculptures on the covers of Nintendo Power magazine. It's perfect. They did an amazing job!

Personally what i think will happen is it'll be one of the games for GBA on the Expansion Pack. They release it first with the games you would expect, but when they do a panorama of upcoming games you see a sliver of red. Fast forward a couple of months, suddenly Reggie appears on a direct, and makes a joke about how Mother 3 will never come to the west, because its being renamed EarthBound Endings. I know that was very specific, but come on, having Reggie come back just to reveal it would be absolutely golden, you gotta admit. (and i do think its likely they get meta with revealing it either way just because of how big of a meme it has become)

This was lovely, but I still think Mother needs a remake the most in the style of the clay models. Also, sucks Itoi and Iwata rejected that Eathbound remake pitch.
