Neisseria gonorrhoeae or Gonococcus | Gram Negative Diplococcus | Pathogenesis of Gonorrhea

Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a gram negative diplococcus. It is catalase and oxidase positive. It produces β-lactamase (Penicillinase).
