I didn’t expect much, but the Narlest red light therapy helmet really slowed down my hair loss. Starting to see little regrowth now too.

Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it leds to tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

Female here- started noticing thinning around my part line and temples. Been using Narlest red light helmet consistently and my hairdresser actually noticed the regrowth before I did.

I started balding at 27 and felt like I was out of options. Been using this red light helmet (Narlest) for a few months now and not only did it slow the shedding, but I’m seeing small hairs grow back. Just wish I started earlier.

I was super skeptical about red light therapy, but this Narlest helmet has honestly made a huge difference in the density of my hair. Didn’t expect much, but 10 mins a day actually helped more than any shampoo I’ve tried.

Can you please teach me how to use it? I have a 4C hair and the growth rate is really discouraging..
Can you teach me, please

Red light therapy isn’t just for skin- been using it for my hair and seeing solid results. Narlest makes a helmet that targets the scalp with the right wavelength and it’s become part of my weekly routine.

Wasn’t expecting much, but using this red light helmet while watching Netflix at night actually helped my receding hairline. Low effort, surprisingly decent results.

Love that red light therapy is non-invasive and drug-free. I’ve been using the Narlest helmet and my scalp doesn’t feel irritated like it did with minoxidil. Hair’s thicker, too. Definitely worth trying.

Tried minoxidil, derma rolling, shampoos... nothing really gave me visible results until I combined them with red light therapy. The helmet I got from Narlest made a noticeable difference in shedding and thickness.

Do you use the coffee while it's hot or do you have to let the coffee cool down

Stress wrecked my hair last year. I added this red light helmet into my routine (Narlest) and it's helped calm my scalp and reduce fallout. Kind of feels like a therapy session for your scalp lol.

Tried a bunch of things but nothing worked until I got the Narlest red light helmet. Super easy to use and it’s made a real difference.

Didn’t expect to be talking about helmets for beauty lol but this red light one from Narlest has genuinely helped my postpartum shedding. I use it while I do my skincare routine at night.

Honestly, I thought red light therapy was a gimmick, but I’ve been using this helmet (Narlest) for 3 months and I’m actually seeing baby hairs come back. Not saying it's a miracle, but it’s the only thing that’s worked for me so far.
