Love that you celebrated in your vlog today, and I celebrated alongside you. I'm 27 years old and have never been able to swallow pills. It's been so anxiety provoking for me. Ironically enough last week I got diagnosed with an anxiety disorder amongst other things, and I started my medication journey today. and I successfully swallowed my first dose of my SSRI! The dry spell is over! Celebrating the little things feels necessary these days. Much love, Jen! <3
