These spiders are sending fellow tangled spiders to this shop. "They'll fix you up in no time".

I'm a machinist too. I read this thing where a wife wants the guy to kill a spider but instead he scoops it up and takes it outside. He says if I'm ever caught in the wrong place wrong time just being alive, I hope someone shows me the same mercy. Thought it was cool.

I owned a tarantula the size of my hand in my 20s his name was Poncho. I found him abandoned in a tank in the basement of a house we rented. I used to let him crawl around on me & even fall asleep with him on my chest. It freaked my brother out because Poncho would turn with him as he walked by like some sort of guard spider! Poncho's fangs were so long that they crossed each other like an X. He'd sit on my chest & clean his fangs but he wasn't actually cleaning them. I had a real good view only inches from my face. He would produce droplets of his venom then rub them together coating his fangs. He was very thorough about it.
Once my brother & I had 5-6 party crashers show up to one of our after hours. They got loud & belligerent until I started walking around with Poncho on my shoulder. They ran screaming like the place was on fire! God do I miss Poncho.

Any man that would take the time to save the life of a spider is a damn good man. 😊💜

Made my day, this simple act speaks volumes about the character of the man. What a beautiful creature, if a little intimidating.

Seeing him curled up made me think about when my tarantula died.
She was at least 15 years old ( wild caught Chilean Rose) as she was caught as an adult so possibly anything up to 20 years.
Thank you for helping these spiders as they are so important to the ecosystem.

The spider's gonna tell everybody at the bar about this and no one's gonna believe it

I have always been extremely terrified of spiders! It wasn't until two summers ago when my then six-year-old grandson convinced me to catch a wolf spider outside of my house and let him keep it as a pet! We caught flies for it and fed it water and gave it an environment as close as we could to being outside. That darn thing lived almost an entire year! And we're in Wisconsin it gets cold here I thought it would die then but it didn't! When it did finally die my grandson cried and I felt really bad as well. I actually felt bad for the little fella! He/she actually helped me to get over some of my arachnophobia! Thank you Charlie wherever you are up in spider heaven!

My cat just snuck up and brushed my leg while I’m watching this video. I’m still alive but that definitely took a couple years off my life.

The fact that you find this fascinating enough to save a spider's life is fascinating, it was definitely lucky you were the one who found it or that spider would have been dead. It was nice what you did

Thank you for saving him. So many people harm spiders and I'm glad you're making an effort to help him

What a lovely kind gentleman you are. In the U.K. we have a saying “If you want to live and thrive, let a spider run alive”. So you dear man deserve good Karma and you are a kind soul- bless your heart😘😘🤗🤗🥰🥰💜💜

I had a tarantula and his abdomen got cracked by an accident when a log in his tank fell on him. His was oozing out of his abdomen. I didn’t want him to die and you cant exactly put a band aid on a tarantula! Being a guitarist, I was aware of the super glue trick folks use when you have a cut on your fingertips (painful to get a guitar string in a cut). So, I gave it a try and covered the hole on the spider. The oozing stopped and he had a bald spot there til his next molt. However he did manage to live and get through the molt. I wasn’t sure if the super glue would screw up the molt and kill him but it didn’t and he lived for many years afterwards. Thanks for helping this wolf spider sir.

Normally I get freaked out by bugs in general, but this was incredibly heartwarming to watch. You saved that spiders life, so kind.
