How the hell you do the 12:57 arpeggio on the vco?? Is it only the sequencer?

Question: When playing live with this, are you bound by menu diving, or can it be played without consulting the screen? I've watch your other videos, where you set things up, I was just wondering how it flows during live performance? Great videos by the way. Cheers
