I love how she often sings a completely different vocal melody than the studio version. It's like listening to a different version of this beautiful song. A lot of my favorite singers do that, especially Bjork, Janis Joplin (sang with more intensity live), Cedric Bizler-Zavala (The Mars Volta, even sometimes changes lyrics).
